We are a family committed to eating local, organic, seasonal foods. We value community and we value good clean food. We love growing our own food and we love supporting local farmers and producers. We care about what goes into our bodies and our children's bodies.

And yes, we love eating our tofu! Our girls welcome it at any meal.  As the colder months approach, we've been sauteing it with garlic, onions, and fall kale for a simple, scrumptious dish. We're also enjoying it crumbled and mixed with feta for spanikopita or in place of ricotta in lasagna for a lighter fare. The tofu-chocolate torte is a treat that we like to share for special occasions. Look for these recipes on our recipes page!

Jeff is owner and producer. While teaching high school physics and chemistry, he saw that there was a niche for locally made tofu, and in 2008, made that vision come real in Camden.
"The business combines my need to sustain my family and my passion and contribution to the local food economy."

He has a B.A. in Astrophysics from Penn State University. He mostly stays busy with the business, but also teaches West African drum classes. When he's not working, he loves to cook for his family, tend to his vegetable garden and his fruit trees, put up food for the winter, forage wild mushrooms, and go fishing for mackerel and squid.
